- 15CDV6 is a low carbon steel with very good deformation resistance.
 
- It also has very good toughness and excellent weldability.
 
- Welding can be performed without subsequent heat treatment and with negligible loss of properties.
 
- Cold drawn Chromium - Molybdenum - Vanadium steel for aerospace, according to AIR 9160C.
